Where AI actually takes the load off
Records and summaries
A summary of treatment history before a visit, tidying up notes, drafting a document for the physician to approve.
Search across hospital knowledge
Procedures, orders, clinical standards - an answer that points back to the source document, not to the model's memory.
Administration and IT
Helpdesk tickets, report preparation, work on billing data without pasting it into outside tools.
Security
Log and event analysis, drafting incident documentation, preparing a report within the required deadlines.
Three integration paths into the hospital system
We do not build a universal broker: the Polish market for hospital systems is fragmented and every client has a different risk appetite. Instead we pick one of three paths during the pre-deployment analysis:
| Path | How it works | When we choose it |
|---|---|---|
| A - system database | Read access to selected tables of the hospital system database through a dedicated account, over the internal network, with a full trail on the database side. | The hospital holds the right database licence and wants a fast start. |
| B - vendor interface | Integration through the interface published by the system vendor, usually in the HL7 CDA standard. | The hospital has a good relationship with the vendor and accepts the fees and a process measured in months. |
| C - Qosmo Connector extension | A browser extension reads context from the system screen and, once the physician approves, fills in form fields. | An assistant alongside the system is needed without touching the database. A human always approves the result. |
Compliance
- personal data and medical records stay inside the hospital infrastructure, including in fully air-gapped setups;
- every model use leaves an audit trail: who, when, in what context and with what result;
- role-based access to data, federated with the hospital user directory;
- GDPR and health information law requirements handled in the architecture, not in a policy document.
We start every deployment conversation with a review of the infrastructure and two or three processes that genuinely hurt. Scope and schedule come after that.
