QAI

Accessibility

QAI wants qai.eus to be usable by everyone, whatever way they operate a computer.

Status

The site is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. This statement is voluntary - QAI is not a public body under digital accessibility law, but we treat those requirements as a quality standard.

What we have done

  • the whole site can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link;
  • text contrast against the background meets level AA, including in light mode;
  • an accessibility panel allows larger text, high contrast, underlined links and paused animations;
  • the site honours the operating system's reduced motion setting and disables animations and scroll effects;
  • decorative images are marked as decorative and no information is conveyed by colour alone;
  • the background video carries no sound and no content needed to understand the page.

Known limitations

  • on mobile devices the background video is replaced by a still image to save data and battery;
  • language versions other than Polish and English are in preparation;
  • downloads are provided as SVG files, which older screen readers do not always read correctly - we will send another format on request.

Reporting a problem

If you hit a barrier while using the site, write to hello@qai.eus. We aim to remove the reported problem in the next update of the site. It helps to include the page address, a description of the problem and the device or software you were using.
