On 17 September 2026 the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia hosts Cybersec & AI Summit 2026, organised by QAI, the maker of the Qosmo Premise platform. Attendance is free and registration is open to public sector organisations only.
Who it is for
The conference is split into three tracks so that everyone lands on content at the right level:
- leadership - accountability, budget, statutory duties;
- IT administrators - deployment, integrations, maintenance;
- security - incidents, reporting, documentation.
On the programme
The talks are practical: duties under national cybersecurity law, risk classification under the AI Act, AI deployments in public organisations and what actually changes in the daily work of an office or a hospital. There will be a panel discussion and workshops ending with a certificate of participation.

Why we do it
Public organisations are getting contradictory signals today: adopt AI, protect data, and still meet incident reporting deadlines. We want to show how those three can be reconciled without sending citizens' data to an outside provider.
