  2. The Service obtains information about users and their activities in the following ways:
    • by saving the information voluntarily provided by users in forms made available within the Service,
    • by using cookies stored on end-user devices.

II. Information Collected in Forms

  1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
  2. In addition to the information referred to in item 1, the Service stores information about the connection parameters: the timestamp of the connection and the user’s IP address.
  3. In the contact form, the user voluntarily provides contact details – an email address or a phone number. Providing this information is understood as a clear action confirming consent (within the meaning of Article 4(11) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – known as GDPR) to its processing by the Service Operator for the purpose of establishing contact and providing answers to any questions asked.

IV. Personal Data

  1. The administrator of personal data collected via the Service is the Service Operator.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the personal data of users of the Service is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the purpose of responding to inquiries sent via the contact form – until the communication is concluded or until the consent given is withdrawn.
  4. Service users have the following rights in relation to the processing of their personal data, to the extent provided by the GDPR:
    • the right to access their personal data;
    • the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
    • the right to request restriction of processing;
    • the right to have data rectified;
    • the right to have data erased (the “right to be forgotten”);
    • the right to data portability.
  5. Users of the Service also have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (if applicable).

A user of the Service also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data by the Service Operator violates the provisions of the GDPR, the Polish Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000 as amended), and any other national regulations serving to implement the GDPR.
  7. The personal data of users of the Service will not be processed in a manner involving automated decision-making, including profiling.
  8. Recipients of personal data may include other entities cooperating with the Administrator in achieving the processing purposes specified in item 3 above, in particular:
    • entities providing legal services for the Service Operator;
    • entities authorized to process data under applicable law (in particular courts and state authorities);
    • entities providing other services to the Service Operator, including:
      • IT services,
      • audit and control services,
      • document destruction services.
  9. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Union or the European Economic Area) or to international organizations. Should the need for such a transfer arise, it will be carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
  10. Providing personal data by the user of the Service is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to provide responses to inquiries submitted via the contact form.
